What hair color goes best with green eyes?

i have fair skin and green eyes, i have recently dyed my hair dark chestnut brown, but i hate it, so would black look good on me or will it be too harsh?What hair color goes best with green eyes?

If your skin is quite fair it may make you look too washed out, the best colour in my opinion would be a warm reddish brown. One of my friends has fair skin and green eyes and that is her natural colour and it really compliments her, although she recently added light caramel highlights which do not so i wouldn't go in that direction.

Black would look stunning, however it is THE hardest color to strip from your hair when you decide to change your color. The chemicals from stripping are heck on your hair and it takes a few processes to get all of the color out.
I think black hair and green eyes is the best combination!


But chestnut brown is a really pretty color too.


Remember though that black won't come out unless you bleach it, which will fry it. So be ready to stick with it.
I am white as a ghost with green eyes, and no color looks good on me but RED! Any color red, from light red (which looks almost blonde) to bright crayola red, to dark red (almost a purple color). It all looks good.
hhmm well i would have suggested chestnut but apparently it doesnt look too good... if you have very fair skin then i wouldnt reccomend black and i wouldnt suggest blonde either.. maybe a darker or lighter brown?

i recommend Red :) Not like a pure bright red looks totally unnatural red but a gingery natural red :)

i think i will be really great if u get u hair color back to ur natural (THE ONE WICH U HAD FROM UR CHILDHOOD) but to ur question my sugesstion would be dark blonde which i think will really suit u
