Hair color advice? please help !! ? i want to dye my hair for sure !! any advice?

ok so this is me.. (i look funny - im showing my tongue.. lol - )

so im the first one on the left side..

im growing my hair now, so its going to be like 10cm longer soon.. so just look at my face and hair color -- not the length, because its different.. but as you can see i still have layers.. once my hair is long, -- which will be soon, i want to leave the top (shorter) layers the same color - brown, but the bottom layers (longer ones) i want to dye.. i dont know if i should dye the bottom layers black or blonde? what do you think?? any makeup advice or anything ?? any advice is helpfulll... oh and if i wanted my bangs -- how should i cut them? - pictures of hairstyles that would look good on me are great.. -- again, my hair isnt that short anymore..

I would go dark chestnut brown. Use a demi permanent color and you can change it after it fades.

To go blonde you would have to bleach and that really can damage your hair, especially if you are using heat appliances (flat irons, etc).
A dark brown, with auburn hints would be pretty.
