I have platinum hair now with a little bit of a golden hue, but I really would love to eliminate all of the gold tones and go for more of an ash/neutral. Toner or dye? What levels? What level developer?

If ur hair is the same colour as the pic id keep it the same!
But i have blonde hair and my hairdresser uses a toner to get rid of yellowness, couldnt tell you anymore than that tho! xHair color advice..Platinum to Neutral Ash???
pick a toner that u like best for ur hair and use a 20 developer and leave it on for 5-10 minutes that should take the yellow out
