try www.clairol.com, they will have some advice on the site, and will offer their 1-800 number to answer further questions, but their site is pretty thorough. Plus you can go to their try it on studio and play around. So that's fun. If you're looking for a color consult, you may as well go to your nearest salon for help (look it up in the yellow pages or on yellowpages.com if you don't already have one) and see what they recommend for you.
