';Demi-permanent'; hair colors provide excellent gray coverage without perxoide or other harsh chemicals. They'r almost like a hybrid between permanent %26amp; semi-permant. The best products are only found through a professional distributor/salon--L'oreal Richesse or Sebastian Colourshines are great examples. Other professional color brands offer a demi-permanent lines such as Alfa-Parf %26amp; Redken. Plus, they very gradually %26amp; subtly washout. How do I find a hair color that covers grey without aloe or peroxide?

Go to a health food store. Usually they have all-natural hair dyes for people who are allergic or pregnant and don't want to use other dyes. They come in every shade, the process is the same as regular dye and there's no peroxide! I don't think they have aloe either.

Or, there's a product in stores called L'Oreal Natural Match that can cover any and all greys. It's not a hair dye, so it doesn't have peroxide. It's more like a treatment that matches the greys to your natural hair color.
try looking up LUSH, they have some henna thing that might not have aloe, its called Les Cacas
henna comes in many different shades of red and sometimes you can find black and brown too.... some good colors for covering up gray are ash blond/ ash brown/ faux
