My highlights wont fade and it's been like 4 months sense I got them they're gold/blond highlights how do i get them to fade?How do I get my highlights to fade out and get my old hair color?
You do realize that highlights means you bleached your hair color. You litterly have removed the pigment from your hair.
Its the same concept as bleaching your clothes. So the only way to ';remove the highlights'; is to dye it again.How do I get my highlights to fade out and get my old hair color?
They don't fade. When you bleach it takes out the color pigment. You can try to fill with an orange ( use a orange based color) which is the missing pigment then color over that with the color of your choice.
They will most likely get lighter if they are highlights done with bleach. if not die your hair back.
go to a salon and have them color over them.
