How long does it take to phase out hair color and go back to your natural color?

I have brown hair and I never dyed it. I wanted to go blonde for something different. I asked my friend about it and she said I should get highlights first. What do you think? In order to make your hair blond, you will have to bleach the color, even just for highlights. You can dye it back anytime, but it is tricky to get the right color. Too often it turns green. Usually you would dye it red and then brown.





If you do dye your hair blond, then back to brown, you will not be able to lighten it again without removing the dye, which is a job for a professional. I recommend not changing your hair color until you are sure it is what you want to do.
it depends on how quick ur hair grows. i dyed my hair blonde with box dye and it went horrible so i just redyed my hair. so if u do it and dont like it u can just redye it but u need really good shampoo because ur hair will be fried badly. thats how my hair is right now.
