How to know what hair color would look nice on me?

I am planning to dye my hair black with my bangs blonde,but i am slightly tan (just a little not ALOT) and i have green eyes, Imean black is supose to make you look white-er right (LOL) so just think of a person with very light tan mixed with white and dirty blonde hair and green eyes then imagine with black and blonde bangs (im VERY pretty and im not CONSIDED)lol so how would i look?How to know what hair color would look nice on me?
well i think a caramel brown would look fabulous on you black not so much cuz u don't want to look goth i have dark brrown hair and like skin but borwn eyes so if i were you i would do a little of a medium brown good lookHow to know what hair color would look nice on me?
first of all u dont ';dye'; hair, u color it. black makes u look tanner. but black color is horrible for hair so get an almost black. hair color is either nuetral, warm or cool. find out what skin u have. blond tends to wash out ur face. so be very aware if u need a cool or warm color. ur safest bet is a nuetral and it covers grays. go to a sallys and pick a nice loreal color. they also have swatches available. u can only tell what the color looks like if u take the swatch outside in the sunlight.
go to oxygentv.com (i think) and click the style game or something take a picture or youself with all your hair pulled back and you can photoshop different hair and stuff thats how i decided how to dye my hair or you can use fotoflexer.com and use the color wheel

Honestly, no matter how pretty you may be, I think your hair would turn out looking horrible. Unless you can pull off the scene look - Don't dye your whole head black with blonde bangs. That would just look stupid. Sorry, but thats my oppinion...
Something that would look good is one major hair color...highlighting with blonde on black might look better
