I read that sweating can have a mild bleaching affect on colored hair. Is this true?Can sweating after you have your hair colored, fade or bleach hair color?
I've never heard of that. You should be aware that shampooing daily and using HOT water will fade it faster.

It all depends on how much you're sweating. If it's pouring off of you in puddles then yes, you will have a mild bleaching affect to the hair color. But if it's just the normal amount of human sweat you're talking about then no, nothing will happen to the dye.
