How do i change the hair color on pictures?

I only have paint.I wanna know how to change my hair color on one of my pictures to black.I dont know if theres anything i download or what.How do i change the hair color on pictures?

Or you could download a photoshop trial from http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ and mess with it yourself. Use the brush tool and select ';color'; from the drop down menu way at the top, then a color and paint away!How do i change the hair color on pictures?
To be honest, paint wouldn't help u much.. photoshop would... Its great and gives magnificent effects... Try to get it you wouldn't be sorry,,, If you got it, just add a new layer to your picture, and color your hair black (or whatever) then control the oppacity of the layer in the drop down menu to make it look more realistic...
