Buy the hair dye stain remover at a beauty supply store, and next time apply it to the perimeter of your forehead, from ear to ear, before you apply the dye. This way it won't get stained in the first place.
You can get a stain remover from practicaly any beauty supply store. No specific brand is the best. The cheapest one you can find will do the trick.
I've found make-up remover works excellently. If not, try lotion or astringent.
