Hey everyone. I went to a salon and had my black/dark brown hair dyed a dark brown with red tints, this was about a week ago. I was wondering, how long does it take for this color to start fading so I can schedule touch ups and stuff? I am using Pantene's color protect shampoo+ conditioner and also use the Paul Mitchell color protect spray after I wash my hair.. its up to your hair lovey how you did it etc,
mostly around 3-4 weeks maybe longer if you use a good hair colour shampoo treatment

well red fades really fast...so after 3 weeks you may need to have the red re-done.
oh my this is the same with me! i need to know as well how hair can fade he he :)
my hair sucks.
