I want to change my hair color from the black I have now, to a lighter color. How do I go about this?

I had dyed it black back in early Feb. I have about an inch grown out already. My natural color is light brown. I want a change. I want to do it myself. What would need to be done?I want to change my hair color from the black I have now, to a lighter color. How do I go about this?
Dont try to do this with an at home box dye.





Going from darker to lighter should really be done professionally. It may even include bleaching to get the black out. Doing this yourself will damage your hair as well as possibly leave you with a not so pretty result!I want to change my hair color from the black I have now, to a lighter color. first of all don't do it yourself!you could end up with a really bad result,but if you want to take chances bleach it and the dye it you're natural color.You could also call the hair dye product company and see how you could get it out,but they can only help you sometimes it depends on the hair dye.
