Black hair is very beautiful with green eyes, and blue is pretty as well. It will give you an exotic look if thats what you are looking for. Black hair will also compliment your fair skin. Darker brown but not too dark or you will then look pale. Try something that has 5 or 6 in the number and stay away from ashe or it will be mousey and dull. All you will have to leave the color on is about 7 minutes or it will go real dark. Hope this helps :)

I'm a big fair of darker hair and green eyes, but it may look too harsh on a lighter complexion. Try to play up your eyes with makeup in the right colors.

Anyway, yeahh i think a brown would look good, although if you have pale skin then you could go lighter, because dark brown may wash you out.
