What hair color looks good on light skin?

I have naturally dirty blond hair and I want to dye it blonder ... my skin is very fair, I guess sort of neutral colors, and whenever I've tried putting my hair goldy, it makes my skin look flushed and I look washed out, too pale colors can also make me look gray. but sometimes ditto for ash colors. Oh and I have blue eyes I dunno if that helps at all, and thick wavy hair. I've been thinking about Reese Witherspoon's color, too yellow maybe?What hair color looks good on light skin?
What about a strawberry blonde?I think that color looks really nice on fair skinned people and the warm strawberry color wont wash you out.

you just described my hair and skin color. lol. but what ive done before is dyed it darker. just for a change and it looked great. i went brown, honey blonde highlites..it looked awesome!!

You should probably dye your hair darker, because light hair doesn't look good on fair skin.
