What type of store-bought clear hair color will work best to thicken very thin hair?

I have extremely thin hair, and a friend told me that a clear permanent color will help to thicken my hair (I don't want to color it). What brands are available/work best for this? colours dont thicken your hair they damage it. becuase its damaged its not as soft so theres more voloume i wouldnt recommend colouring your hair for this purpose clear hair colour is still hair colour. the best thing you can do to make your hair seem thicker is wash it less. at first it will be hard but once the oils slow down and i guaranty they will your hair will be healther and feel stronger and give you maore volume. the more you wash your hair the oiler it gets because your body creats the oil to protect you and when you wash it of it produces accordingly. get yourself to once a week and you'll start loving your hair. not one of my clients that have done this regreat it. you lick your lips they dry out and chap. your hair does the same. get a good cut also it makes a diference.
this may not be exactly what you're looking for... but my best friend has really thin hair %26amp; she mixes 2 egg whites /w a half cup of mayo and leaves it in for 10-15 mins. twice a week. she also started using Mane-N-Tail shampoo %26amp; takes a multi-vitamin daily. she began doing this about 3 months ago and it really does seem to be working and her hair looks healthier as well.
