What hair color and style should i choose?

I have light brown curly hair kinda long hair. My skin tone is very white and im 13 so i need something young. I want straight hair and i would like you to include how to get that hair style. No chemicals please.What hair color and style should i choose?

b. get layerz.

Curly hair looks best layered so you can avoid it looking wild.

Layered hair is a youthful look whether you have it long or short its up to you.
