well i'd have to say that ur natural hair color is the one that won't cause damage!
I would go to the hair dresser and tell them that you either want a color rinse or something that is semi-permanent.
Semi-permanent hair color will rinse out of your hair after a set number of washings/shampoos and they shouldn't be damaging or harmful to you hair.
