Ok, my hair is dirty blonde alomost brown. I want to dye it to blonde. The blonde that I speciflicly want is Hillary Duff's before she went black. What is the best brand to make it that color?What is the best dye to use when changing hair color to blonde?

the lightest garnier nutrisse dye at your store should do it. has citrus so it works well.
Well I've no color what color that skank's hair was, but if you're lifting more than 3 levels, you will have to bleach. I'm assuming she was very blonde, so get in your car and drive to a salon and tell your stylist you'd like her to make you a blonde. Do it yourself and you'll wind up with uneven color and possibly broken out hair.
I would highly suggest getting your hair bleached/lightened professionally. The colors you purchase in drugstores severely damage and dry out your hair. You may also risk getting copper/orange undertones if the chemical is not powerful enough or if you try an ash blond it may turn gray/green. Salons will typically use a deep conditioning treatment to add some of the moisture that was stripped away in the process.
Don't bother with drugstore hair dye.


Go to a professional. They can help you be specific, and also- they won't mess up.
