you should go to a proffesional... those box colors are very harsh and are unpredictable on hair. Trust me, I have to fix those mess ups all of the time. Depending on how dark your hair is, what tone it is, and the texture, will determine the formula tha is used on your hair.... Normally, you can't get that from a box... bleach your hair first. Then dye your hair whatever colour.
