i am a latino mexican american, and i have a pretty dark skin color...not like ';omg damn'; but ya darker then most, (ive been out in the sun a lot thats y)...i have dark brown hair.....i have planning to change my hair color....i would love to go blonde..so if any1 could...how can u make that transition without going to a salon...or through a expensive procedure...since im on a budget...i would say 50 dollars at the most.....and if you dont think i should go blonde...any suggestions?? thx! i open to anything!Hair color advice...
You should NEVER dye dark hair lighter at home. If you look around good you can find someone to highlight it for 50 bucks. Do you have a hair school near where you live? You can get it done cheap there.
I would add some caramel highlights or some chestnut(Reddish-Gold Brown) low lights for dimension.Hair color advice...
Because of your background and skin tone...blonde will look very unnatural and cheap on you... and kinda fake.
However you can brighten your hair with chestnut bronw and honey/caramel highlights...which will complement you, add texture and provide the change you need.
