I have long, wavy, dark brown hair. I am light skinned though, and have dark blue eyes. I'm not looking to blonde or anything this summer, but I do want to have more of a sun kissed look. I want something similar to rachel bilsons lighter shades, but I'm not sure what color would look okay with me since I am lighter skinned..... any ideas? =) pics would be appreciated.
