and as far as fringe goes i suggest something a little more severe using a bigger width of hair as if you were getting bangs, but then just cut a little longer so you can push them to the side.. what you have in the pic though is nice too!
one person has one face shape ,you shoule make a hair color according to your face shape and it would feel better ,but you can ask the person who will help you to make the hair color,i think her advise will better ,and you can let your friend give you a suggestion
